How the figures are kept
- Orders are filed by the day they were placed and refunds by the day they happened, in the shop's own time zone.
- Repeat orders and refunds are only written when the shop's order history can be shown to be complete.
What it does not do
- Orders reach back 60 days until Shopify grants access to older orders.
Connecting
- Type your shop domain, then approve read access to orders, customers and products on Shopify's screen.
Read-only wherever the provider allows it. Tokens are encrypted at rest and a connection can be revoked at any time.
How data is handledOnce connected
- Pulled daily at the hour your workspace chooses, with fourteen months of history where the provider allows.
- Every figure keeps the request and response that produced it.
- Available to every answer, dashboard and deck in the workspace.
