Why we built this
By Harvey Sweeting, founder of Confluxly
I spent years assembling the same report. Same sources, same chapters, same fortnight of jumping between dashboards, screenshotting charts and nudging them into slides. The analysis was the small part. The assembly was the job.
Dashboards did not fix it. A dashboard is a place you send someone; a report is something you hand them, with an argument in it. Nobody presents a dashboard to a board.
So Confluxly pulls your numbers in from the five tools they are scattered across and turns them into a report. The figures stay wired to their source, the deck changes when you ask it to, and the output is a document you can present or hand over without apologising for how it looks.
That turned into something bigger. Once the figures were kept together, the deck stopped being the product and became one of its outputs. Confluxly now keeps fourteen months of your data, answers questions about it with every figure cited, and builds the dashboards and decks from the same store. That is what we mean by an AI intelligence layer: a single store that sits on top of the tools you already use, so AI can work across all of them using your real figures.
We are early, and we say so. Google Analytics 4, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Stripe are live today; the rest of the integrations are being built in the open, and the site says which are which.
