Questions
Anything else?
The things people ask before they connect a source. If yours isn't here, ask us. We answer in plain language.
Getting started
What Confluxly is, and what it takes to get a first answer, dashboard or deck.
Confluxly is an AI intelligence layer for marketing and business teams. You connect the tools you already use, such as Google Analytics 4, HubSpot and Stripe. Confluxly keeps fourteen months of their figures in one place and turns them into answers, dashboards and slide decks. Every figure links back to the source it came from.
Confluxly sits on top of the tools your business already uses. It doesn't replace any of them. It connects to tools like Google Analytics 4, HubSpot and Stripe, pulls in their figures every day, and lets AI work across all of them at once. Ask a question that spans several tools, build a dashboard or have a report written, and the AI only ever uses your real figures. Every number links back to the tool it came from.
Yes. Type the question into Ask. The answer cites every figure it used, draws a chart when one helps, and offers to turn itself into a dashboard or a deck. If the store does not hold a figure and the source can supply it, Confluxly fetches it first.
Yes. Say what a dashboard should answer and it builds one from the data it holds. It redraws itself overnight with no AI involved, so the numbers you see in the morning are that morning's. Change it by asking, or swap the source behind a card.
Connecting a source takes a minute or two of OAuth. The first draft is generated from your prompt in one pass, and most people spend the rest of the time editing wording and layout.
No, and there is no editor to learn either. Confluxly applies your template or a house theme and keeps type and spacing consistent. Changes are made by asking for them, and a small floating bar handles the text and colour tweaks that are quicker to do by hand.
Yes. Upload a deck and Confluxly reads its masters, colours and type so new reports come out in your house style.
Yes. Upload your guidelines as a PDF, Word, Markdown or text file in Settings and Confluxly distils them into a brief the AI follows for colour, type and tone. You can add your own fonts and logo alongside them.
No. The composer takes dictation through your browser's speech recognition, so you can talk through what the report needs to say and tidy the transcript before you send it.
Data and integrations
Where the numbers come from, and how they stay current.
31 sources across five shelves: web data, ads and social, customer data, revenue, and AI visibility. Live today: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Stripe. The other 26 are built and in progress, each opening to customers as its provider approves our access. The sources page carries the status of each.
No. The AI writes the structure and chooses which metrics to show, but it can only pick from figures already held in the store, which plain code pulled from your sources. Every answer and slide is checked against those figures before you see it. If a number is not available, it is not offered.
Your sources are pulled once a day into the store, at an hour you choose. A dashboard redraws from the store overnight. A deck's figures are bound to a metric and a date range rather than pasted in, so a refresh rereads them and leaves your layout and wording untouched.
Yes. Attach an existing deck, ask for it updated to the new period, and Confluxly rebuilds the same slides against your connected sources for the dates you name.
Yes. Set a refresh cadence on a deck and it rereads its sources on that rhythm. Figures that moved are held for you to accept or decline, so nothing changes in the deck until you say so.
Existing dashboards and decks stay readable, presentable and exportable. The bound figures stop refreshing until you reconnect.
Security and privacy
How access is scoped, and who can see your work.
Confluxly reads from the sources you connect using scoped, read-only OAuth access, keeps the figures in its own store for fourteen months, and encrypts the connection tokens at rest. You can disconnect a source at any time, and ask for its history to be erased. Report content and source data are only visible to your workspace and the people you invite.
Only the account holder and the users they invite. We do not access your slides or use your figures for anything other than building the reports you asked for.
No. Report content and source data are excluded from model training. Our model providers do not train on data sent through their APIs.
Yes, from Settings. Your connected sources are disconnected straight away and you are signed out. Everything else is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, so signing back in during that window reopens the account, and after it the data is permanently deleted.
Confluxly is UK-built and UK-operated, and your report data is stored in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EU, such as the AI model that writes your narrative, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Access to connected sources is read-only and revocable, and report content is excluded from model training.
Editing and export
What you get back, and how faithfully it travels.
Text, layout, stat cards and images are written as real slide objects, so the deck stays editable after export. Effects the slide format cannot express flatten to an image, and the export tells you which ones did.
Yes. Full-screen presentation mode runs from the deck itself, so the figures on screen are the ones read from your sources.
Yes, by asking. Swap a chart type, reorder a chapter, rewrite a line, change the emphasis. Select an element and the floating bar edits its text or colour directly. The bindings to your data stay intact throughout.
Not yet. Share links are planned. Today you export to PDF or PowerPoint, and anyone you invite to the workspace can open the deck in Confluxly directly.
Yes. Comments attach to the slide they are about, so the feedback sits next to the work.
Partly. Confluxly keeps the last 25 snapshots of a deck in your browser, so you can step back from a round of changes on the same machine. Durable version history that follows the deck between devices and people is not built yet.
Yes, per slide, and they travel with the deck when you present or export it.
A short deck takes a minute or two. A long one takes a few minutes and composes in the background, saving each slide as it lands, so you can carry on working and come back to a finished draft.
Yes. Invite them to the report, assign them the slide, and mention them in a comment on the element you want changed. They get an email, and the comment stays attached to that element through later edits.
Plans and access
Where pricing has got to, and how to leave if you want to.
Plans are still being finalised, and billing is not switched on yet. Confluxly is in invite-only early access while we build in the open, and early-access accounts keep what they build when pricing goes live.
By invite for now. Get early access and we will build a first draft from one of your own sources.
Yes. A workspace holds your connections, dashboards and decks, and you invite people to it by email as owner, admin or member. They get their own login, can edit and comment, and can be assigned slides. The owner can remove anyone at any time.
Try it on your own data.
