How the figures are kept

  • Profit and Loss lines follow the company's own accounting basis, a month at a time.

What it does not do

  • Money is in the company's home currency.
  • Receivables are recorded daily from the day you connect.

Connecting

  1. Sign in with Intuit, choose your QuickBooks Online company and approve access to its accounting data.
  2. That company is connected automatically. There is nothing else to pick.

Read-only wherever the provider allows it. Tokens are encrypted at rest and a connection can be revoked at any time.

How data is handled

Once connected

  • Pulled daily at the hour your workspace chooses, with fourteen months of history where the provider allows.
  • Every figure keeps the request and response that produced it.
  • Available to every answer, dashboard and deck in the workspace.
