  30. Dashboards

Explore every row behind a chart

Donut, bar, column, map and scatter charts now offer Explore all collected rows. You can search for a value outside the top results, sort by either measure and page through everything we hold.

  31. Dashboards

Filters now work on more chart types

Filtering a dashboard to one value now works on daily activity heatmaps, multi-line trends and stacked charts, and a scatter chart becomes a two-measure table for the chosen value. Gauges show the actual figure with the target set aside, and cohort charts let you pick an arrival cohort and follow-up week.

September 2026

  1. Dashboards

Compare two segments side by side

Compare segments puts two values next to each other, such as two channels over the same dates, with their totals, the difference and matching daily trends. Switch between daily, weekly and monthly views, and fold the controls away when you are done.

  2. Dashboards

Open any chart in a larger view

Every chart type now has Expand chart, which opens a bigger version with a table of the exact values. Nothing is reloaded or recalculated, so you see exactly what the dashboard showed.

  3. Dashboards

Focus on a single row or slice

Click Focus on this beside a table row, a donut slice or a bar to filter the whole dashboard to that value. Remove it again with one click.

  4. Dashboards

Your own saved views and private notes

Save a named view of a dashboard's dates and filters and reopen it later against the latest data. You can also keep dated notes on a dashboard that only you can see and that never change its figures.

  5. Dashboards

Explore a dashboard without changing it

Change a dashboard's dates, compare with the previous period or filter it to one channel or country, then apply. Figures, charts and their sources update together, and Return to saved view puts everything back as it was.

  6. Dashboards

Page through every row of a ranked table

Ranked tables now have Explore all collected rows, which pages through everything we hold, beyond the top 20. Search and sort cover the whole list, and you can download each page as a CSV.

  7. Sources

    Google Ads: part-built

Connector and catalogue built; not yet proven against an account with real spend.

  8. Sources

    Search Console: in progress

Catalogue seeded and syncing into the store on staging.

  9. Sources

    HubSpot: in progress

Catalogue seeded and syncing into the store on staging, proven against a seeded test portal.

  10. Sources

    Shopify: in progress

Catalogue seeded and syncing into the store on staging.

  11. Ask

Ask first, build when you want to

The home box now answers questions in place by default and only starts building when you ask for a deck or a dashboard. Typing something like 'Build me a dashboard for website traffic' goes straight to a dashboard, and every answer has buttons to turn it into one.

  12. Dashboards

    Deeper dashboards

Dashboards gained larger trend charts with exact daily values, a calendar view of daily activity and a proper loading page while one is built. Anything your data cannot support is listed as unavailable rather than guessed.

  13. The store

Export or erase the data we keep

Export your stored measurements as a CSV for a chosen date range or for everything we hold. Disconnecting a source keeps your history, and erasing it is a separate step that workspace admins confirm by typing the source's name.

  14. Sources

    Stripe: in progress

Catalogue seeded and syncing into the store on staging, proven end to end in Stripe test mode.

  15. Dashboards

    Present a dashboard

Present opens a saved dashboard in a full window for meetings, together with its last refresh status. Press Escape or Exit to go back to where you were.

  16. Dashboards

Edit dashboard wording yourself, and share it

Choose Edit, select a label or heading and change it by hand without touching any figures. Your wording stays after each refresh, and Share copies a link for people in your workspace.

  17. Dashboards

Undo, Trash and a record of changes

Deleting a dashboard asks first, offers Undo and keeps it in Trash so you can restore it later. Edits and source changes are recorded with who made them, and you can restore an earlier version.

  18. Dashboards

From any tile to the numbers behind it

Every dashboard tile links to the measurement it shows, with the exact metric, dates and breakdown. You can check a number at its source in a couple of clicks.

  19. Dashboards

Dashboards keep themselves up to date

Dashboards refresh on a schedule after your data comes in, and try again on their own if something goes wrong. If a refresh fails, the dashboard says so and why, rather than presenting old numbers as current.

  20. Platform

Workspaces for each brand or client

Keep separate brands or clients apart in their own workspaces. Switch from the sidebar and your connections, reports and dashboards follow, and you can connect more than one account from the same provider.

  21. Dashboards

Ask a question, get a dashboard

Describe what you want to keep an eye on and Confluxly builds a dashboard for it, with every tile tied to a measure in your own data. Change it by asking in the chat or swap the source behind a card, and refreshing it uses no AI credits.

  22. Ask

    Ask questions about your data

Ask in plain English and get an answer built only from figures Confluxly holds for you, with each figure listed underneath. If a number cannot be traced back to your data, the answer is stopped rather than shown. If a dashboard already covers the question, the answer points you to it.

  23. The store

    Confluxly now keeps your data

Connect Google Analytics and Confluxly collects up to 14 months of history, then updates it every morning at 6am in your workspace's timezone. Figures show how fresh they are, and decks are built from this kept data, so a chart and its headline always agree.

  24. The store

A Data page that shows where every figure came from

The Data page shows what we hold, how far back it goes and what is missing, without filling gaps with zeros. Open any figure to see the exact request we made and what the provider sent back, or explore a measure by channel, device or period.

  25. Sources

  38. Decks

    Recovery copies of unsaved work

Confluxly keeps a recovery copy of your edits on this device, including new reports you have not saved yet. If the tab closes or reloads before you save, you can restore or discard the copy next time. You can turn this off in Settings.

  39. Collaboration

    Archive, restore and task history

Report owners can archive finished tasks, restore them with their details intact, or delete them for good after confirming. A task history shows who created, changed, completed or archived each one.

  40. Decks

Decks that say only what the data supports

Generated decks no longer claim causes the data does not show, and they say when a chart shows only part of a list, for example 'Top five of six reported rows shown'. Chart summaries and labels now carry through to PowerPoint as well.

  41. Collaboration

My work: everything assigned to you

A My work tab in Reports lists every slide and task assigned to you across all your reports, with instructions and deadlines. Filter by To do, Overdue, Waiting for review or Completed.

  42. Collaboration

    Report tasks and owner approval

Owners can add tasks to a report that are not tied to a slide, and choose whether finished work counts as done straight away or needs their approval. Submissions arrive in one place, where owners can approve them or ask for changes.

  43. Decks

    Choose each report's language

Set a language for each report. Presentation, print and exported PowerPoint text all carry it, so screen readers and spell checkers use the right one.

  44. Decks

A text view of every slide, and an editor for smaller screens

A reading view sets out each slide's words and chart values as text, and you can write your own description for any slide. On narrower screens the editor switches to separate Chat and Preview tabs.

  45. Decks

A warning before you lose unsaved changes

Leaving a report with unsaved changes now asks whether to stay, save and leave, or discard them, including when you use the browser's back button.

  46. Sources

Top landing pages in your decks

Decks built from Google Analytics can now include sessions by landing page, alongside channel, country and device. The chart keeps the top pages in the right order when it refreshes and exports as an editable PowerPoint chart.

  47. Decks

An Edit panel for fine-tuning, plus undo

Press Edit to open a side panel for the selected element: text, size, weight, alignment, spacing, colour, background, opacity and border, or delete it. Undo and Redo now work on composed decks too.

  48. Collaboration

    Saving won't overwrite a teammate's changes

If someone saves a deck after you opened it, Confluxly tells you instead of quietly saving over their changes. You choose whether to load their copy or keep yours.

  49. Decks

Your people, logos and pictures on slides

An Assets folder holds your speakers, sponsor logos and pictures. Name someone in your brief and they are ticked for you and placed on speaker or logo slides, and your brand logo appears on the cover.

  50. Decks

Research from official sources, with references

Ask the AI to look up a statistic and it searches only official sites, such as national statistics offices and central banks, plus any sites you add as trusted. Each finding comes with its source, can go straight onto a slide with a caption, and can be listed on a References slide.

  51. Decks

    Upload your brand guidelines

Upload your brand book as a PDF and Confluxly reads your colours and typefaces. When you build a deck, it offers a theme named after your brand.

  52. Decks

    Build from a spreadsheet

Attach an Excel workbook to your brief and its figures become charts and numbers on your slides, formatted the way your spreadsheet formats them. The file is read in your browser and is not uploaded.

  53. Decks

    Presentation mode for designed decks

Presentation mode shows designed decks one slide at a time, with headings, figures and charts animating in. The animation is switched off for anyone who prefers reduced motion.

  54. Decks

Exports go back into your own PowerPoint file

When you export a deck you uploaded, your edited text and chart figures are written back into your original file. Its masters, layouts and everything you did not change stay exactly as they were.

August 2026

  1. Security

    Stronger account and content security

We tightened the basics: strict browser security settings, sign-out everywhere when a password changes, and slide content cleaned when it is saved as well as when it is shown.

  2. Platform

    A calmer, simpler look

The app has a quieter design: a warmer dark theme, one accent colour, no boxed cards and more breathing room. The sidebar now handles all the navigation.

  3. Decks

    Export to PowerPoint and PDF

Export decks to PowerPoint as text boxes and shapes you can edit, or to PDF through your browser's print dialog.

  4. Decks

    Upload your own PowerPoint deck

Upload a PowerPoint deck and it opens in Confluxly looking like your own, with its tables, charts, images and fonts, ready to change by chat. An import summary tells you about anything that did not carry over.

  5. Collaboration

    Comments and slide assignments

Leave comments pinned to a specific part of a slide, reply, resolve them and mention teammates with @. Owners can invite collaborators and assign slides to them from the slide strip.

  6. Decks

    Better-designed slides

Slides are now designed as web pages and shown in a browser-style preview. That gives better layouts, type and hierarchy.

  7. Decks

Approve the outline before the slides are built

Describe the deck you need, answer two quick questions about length and theme, and edit the outline before the slides are built. Any figure your brief did not give is left as a visible gap, never made up.
